Is she using her Outlook with an IMAP account?  If I recall, it's a 
similar deal to subscribe to the folders you want to see.  I've not used 
Outlook with Surge in sometime now.  When I left that company, they then 
switched to an Exchange based company, as we were sold to a large 
international company with a huge Exchange infrastructure, and the local 
Surgemail was removed.
