IMAP only syncs subscribed folders, either in Thunderbird or Outlook, so
when new folders are added, you have to have the client application
look, and then the user pick which to subscribe to. <smile> Now, I do
know that some Android phones, when setting up an IMAP account, will
auto detect and auto subscribe to the folders, FWIW.
