Hi,

I have been having a problem with AVAST not downloading dat
updates. On the status page it reads:

AVAST antivirus blocked 0 of 10260 messages (max
concurrent=limited to 1)
Scanned message size: av=48kb peak=14.6mb scantime:

Avast engine version: unknown

http://netwinsite.com/surgemail/help/avast.htm)
Authent module resets 0
Vpipe scanner restarts 0
Viruses blocked: g_virus_cmd=0 g_virus_fprot=0 g_vpipe=0

I couldn't find any reference to this error. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
