Timezone is Eastern Daylight.
Same in the phone.. its actually auto supplied by the carrier via a NTP that verizon has.
it only happens on some messages. 
I suspect the phone also.. another user had a similar problem .. when their phone received 
a recent update all was fine after that..
I'll let you know what I find.
