Hi Tom,

try next

check that IIS doesn't listen on all IPs and that each hostheader have 
specific IP.
Also set surgemail to listen on specific IP on port 80.
You should have two IPs on box if you want that iis & surgemail works on 
port 80.

g_webmail_port IP:port
g_webmail_secure_port IP:port
