This may be a version issue? We're currently using 6.2c-1 and have used 6.2b versions with the tellmail lockout_clear to release *IP's* frozen with various anti-spammer settings successfully. tellmail breakin_release <username> will release *users* that are locked out, we've also used this successfully .
