How did it get 11.4 I thought that all the things listed in the line added up to the total.. .. Nope, that's what we started with 10 years ago, then we tried various complex statistical methods to 'add up' the probabilities, none of which produced ideal results, currently it's a complex formulae. But if you add that g_sf_binary setting I recommended, then it throws away the formulae and uses a binary tree dictionary of past experience instead to make up the most appropriate score for any set of facts. looking the line nothing adds up to 11.4 How can I tell what blacklist it was listed in? That's surgemail's own blacklist. (It's really a reputation score) You can look it up on: http://reputation-email.com/reputation/index.htm But there is little point in that, if it's wrong you just need to train the messsage by dropping it in the train-not-spam folder... It says wrong language.. but it was english and the recipient has english listed in language option. It guesses the language of the message based on common words in several languages, if you examine the headers it will show you what it thought it was. With messages that have insufficient plain text it may simply get it wrong. ChrisP.
