Ah, right that makes more sense. Currently there is no way of setting up a domain wide shared version of the templates folder. As it stands the best you can do is to have a dedicated account with templates folder (and add that to peoples accounts using surgeweb's additional accounts feature), but people would manually have to change the "account they are sending from". Maybe by explicitly disallowing the sending of mail as the templates account it might actually be workable like that..
