As it stands if you make the archived folders subfolders of your main Sent folder surgeweb will display the messages the same way as they would have been displayed in the sent folder. This subfolder behaviour was implemented in version 6.2a-1. As it stands this cannot be changed for arbitrary folders no, although all the search capabilities (including "Quick search") will search both the to and from addressing, so you should be able to find your messages that way fairly easily in arbitrary folders.
