Hi Norma,

I had this kind of a problem and it was always problem with ORBS server.
To fix the problem I removed problematic ORBS server from list of ORBS 
servers.
Search for ORBS server in mail.log with timeout.
Mostly the problem was solved a day after and then I entered that server 
on ORBS list.

I hope this will point you in good direction.
