Check your "surgemail.ini" config file for two "g_archive" settings pointing to the same file path.  Sounds like you have two archive settings pointing to the same file path, and this is not supported. When one rotates it will erase the data from the other setting. You want to have different file paths for each of your "g_archive" settings.
