This means the browser has hit a javascript exception in the surgeweb javascript code. This can be due to
- bug in the surgeweb code, or surgeweb's handling of email content
- bug in the browser's handling of web request responses, I have seen this due to browser plugins / extensions
In this case the exception occurred in parsing the web response as surgeweb was trying to send a message.
Is the issue repeatable?
What browser are you using and do you have any or many extensions enabled?
What platform are you running your browser on?
Does it seem related to particular message content or other conditions?
Ah and what version of surgemail are you running?
