That's already been done. And I have confirmed that these servers are giving out the correct answer. Surgemail maintains it's own internal cache also and that's what is the problem right now. I have a bad DNS entry cached in Surgemail and aside from restarting Surgemail, is there a way to clear it's internal DNS cache? Restarting Surgemail during the day is not desirable as it takes several minutes to clear all the connections, esp from AT&T cell phones, before you can start it up again.
