Paul,
I agree with your perspective here. The issue is most users forget their password so that won't help me. I can change the password but doing so would require the end user to change the password on all of their devices which they will refuse to do.
Access would only be used after permission has been given by the user having issues.

Subject: Re: [SurgeMail List] Access Users Surgeweb
I would put forward that if you're going to be traipsing through a client's email folder(s) and deleting emails on their behalf, that you ask them for their password and login into the interface.
Or you could change their password and log in and then ask them what they want for a new password.
Or any other method that forces the client to understand what privileges they are granting you.
Just a perspective.

Is there any way to access a user’s Surgeweb interface via the Administration page? I have a user that is filling their quota and after looking at the usage statistics and folders I see they have quite a bit of mail in the Trash and Sent Folders but they can’t seem to locate these folders to clear out the clutter.
Any advice on what I can do to resolve this situation remotely would be great.
Thanks,
Brian
