1) Insure the blank line is terminated with crlf (not just lf) 2) Check you are looking at a text part of a text message and not an html part :-) 3) Check you are modifying the correct footer file (change something else in it to be sure) Nothing else springs to mind... ChrisP. Hi, Sorry, i meant how to insert a blank line in the footer. I'm referring to domain footer, which is a simple text file. However, the blank line in the text file is not showing up in the email footer. Please advice. Thanks Vinesh
