Is there any way to access a user’s Surgeweb interface via the Administration page? I have a user that is filling their quota and after looking at the usage statistics and folders I see they have quite a bit of mail in the Trash and Sent Folders but they can’t seem to locate these folders to clear out the clutter. Any advice on what I can do to resolve this situation remotely would be great. Thanks,Brian
