Just a question, why not use the mirror function, setup the new server, 
let it be a "slave" to the old "master", let the 2 sync for a while, 
then switch over to the new slave?  Netwin allows a 30 day "trial 
license" that will allow you to do that, then transfer you license from 
the old machine to the new machine?

I think that's how I would approach a migration.
