I can confirm that Apple Mail flag colors appear to sync correctly between OS X 10.8.5 and 10.9.1 when g_imap_user_flags is enabled. (Have not tested others yet.)

Flag colors are not supported on iOS 7 Mail (or Sparrow for iOS).
