Greetings, SurgeMail Version 4.3e-1, Built Mar 14 2010 21:03:04, Platform Linux I have a few users who access their POP accounts exclusively from their iPhones, which always leave messages on the server and don't seem to clean up after themselves even if they are set to remove messages after <n> days. I asked about this situation a few weeks ago and was directed to the Mailbox/Archive rules. So, I set an archive rule as follows: Move from INBOX to --DELETE-- if Older than 7 Days When I set up the first rule I clicked "apply now", and it worked like a charm. However, now the rule never seems to be getting executed -- there are messages in the inboxes going back 3-4 weeks. Selecting the rule and clicking "apply now" also seems to have no effect. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks! Bob -- Bob Fera I.T..
