Yeah, I already did that. Thanks.
It would be nice to have something built in that allowed sending a 
bulletin to blog owners though... Probably dlist owners as well (I 
don't use dlist though).

I ended up importing the blogs.dat into Excel and creating a mail 
merge in Word that sent my message though Outlook.
