It would appear that you have a spam/firewall system in front of your surgemail system, that will be where the messages are going missing, you'll need to look at the logs for that system.

We have a supplier who is based in China they have been trying to send us E-mails but they do not arrive.

 

I have asked them cc my gmail account and I receive it, when I check my logs in surgemail l can't see anything it's as if the Email didn't arrive at all.

 

When I look down the history I see earlier this month they were logged with but my most recent message received from china doesn't even who anything. Does anyone have any insight what may be happening?

Is it likely my firewall is blocking this before it gets to my mail server?
