Outlook does not natively talk to caldav no. I have had positive reports from users using iCal4OL (http://ical.gutentag.ch/) 

but... looking at their website, it looks like they have stopped selling this product to new customers??

Other than that, nothing I have experience with no. Although I think there were a few other projects at least semi active when I looked a few years back. Lets see if others on the list have better suggestions.
