Yes that is by design. You change the base of the help page so you can customise them, but still allows you to provide context sensitive help based on the same structure as surgeweb help.There is a fairly recently added feature that allows you to disable this. I’m trying to send this again. When I sent it the first time it looked like it may have been flagged as spam: SurgeMail Version 6.8h-10 When I try to set help_url to our company’s Help Desk site, the URL I type in gets “/ajax.htm” added to the end of it.
