I used �passw0rd� as a temp password for those accounts. It looks like the account I was testing with was an alias, however, the alias and the main username were both showing up in the �Search accounts� area of the admin console. That particular account�s password did not change, but it looks like the others did. Any ideas why an alias would show up in the regular account list?

Maybe if you used unusual characters the tellmail command lost them through the command line process, try testing with a simple password... ChrisP.
