We have a service where we offer non-profit clubs in the local area free mail and hosting.

If we assign each group there own ip on the mail server, when they send mail out does it go via eth0 or the ip to which there domain name is allocated?

 

Example

Server is located at  x.x.x22

Club A  has been allocated x.x.x.23

Club B has been allocated x.x.x.24

 

When they send mail out does it go via  x.x.x.22

If so how can I make it go our relevant to there domain name.

 

We have a club a little upset seeing a nother name in the mail headers.
