Hi, send us the error you get trying to send an email, it should appear 
in msg*.rec logs.  Send to surgemailHIDDEN@t@netwinsite.com

Also test if your server can connect to the outside world like this:
telnet netwinsite.com 25

if that fails then your server may be blocked from sending using smtp by 
your isp.  If that's the case you will need to send to a gateway server, 
or send through your isp's mail server,
or move your server to a hosting place...
