Restart surgemail and see if any other ssl errors occur, it's most likely something else is wrong that then leads ot that shared cipher error... The most common faults are failing to have a matching private key, or messing up the line endings in surge_cert.pem or failing to add the intermediate certificates after the primary one. If you cannot figure it out, you could email me (surgemailHIDDEN@t@netwinsite.com) the certificate and key and we can play with it here and try and see what's wrong.
