When logging in to surgeweb the first time if it finds an old webmail addressbook file it will do a one time import of the old webmail contacts. This action can be manually repeated from surgeweb using contacts - more actions - import - webmail. You can't "supply" an old webmail file here though as you can for csv and vcard files.

I would suggest placing the old webmail file in the mailstore xfile directory (find using "tellmail pathHIDDEN@omain" subdiriectory mdir/xfile), then logging in to surgeweb and actioning the webmail import again.

There is no standalone conversion utility as such, but if you do this using surgeweb on a clean test account you can export this as csv or vcard and import into the mail client of your choice, including surgeweb.
