Any generic imap migration tool could do it.  No you can't just copy the files if that's what you mean...

One of our customers company has been bought out by a multi national and is switching from using Surgeweb to using Microsoft Outlook.

Is there a way to transfer their directory structure from Surgemail to Outlook???
