Surgeweb's per user contact and group info is stored in the file 
user.abk in the user's mdir folder. (find using "tellmail path 
HIDDEN@main" subfolder mdir)

The format of this is similar to nwauth files. ie plain text one line 
per record, changes appended at the end.

The surgeweb domain / global addressbooks are stored in same format 
but in the surgemail/abook directory.
