The certificate looks sub optimal, according to chrome...
The certificate for this site expires in 2017 or later, and the certificate chain contains a certificate signed using SHA-1.
So I think you need to get a new certificate from comodo using the new sha-256 option (or whatever is current) and hopefully that will fix smtp/pop too.

I cant see to find any variation of information that will allow Hotmail (and I also think live.com and outlook.com) to POP off our Surgemail server. The POP3 part is part, I just get different errors for smtp.premieronline.net I believe our SSL stuff is good (https://ssl-tools.net/mailservers/smtp.premieronline.net and https://sslanalyzer.comodoca.com/?url=smtp.premieronline.net%3A587). Any ideas? Anyone else have this working? Frank
