This error means your dns entries are pointing at the wrong server (not 
your one as that error isn't coming from surgemail)

This may be due to the delay in updating dns entries (so wait 24 hours)

Or it maybe the mx records are pointing at the wrong host.

Or it may be that the sending server has the destination server's 
address hard coded instead of using the mx records.
