Set it up using the exact same settings you use on your desktop email client. choose 'imap' as the protocol. It may fail if your mail server doesn't have a properly signed ssl certificate. Anyway if it fails for any reason the next person to ask for help is your local email administrator, contact them via the website of your service provider for the email account.
