It stops the users adding rules, it has no affect on existing forwarding rules.

we plan to block users to set forward to free mail services like gmail, hotmail....

If I enable this feature what will happen with existing forwards, will they continue to work but clients wouldn't be able to add new forwards or edit existing forwards if they contain blocked address?
