So I've read this before from other admins and I guess I don't understand the argument. If there are "so many nice free products out there", then why aren't you using them? And I'm curious; what percentage of your users are actually using the web interface? I've always viewed Surgemail as the mail server product and the webmail interface as a starter for admins until they decide what else they want to use. My .02.
