I have a sales email where I have all incoming sales emails forwarded to about 6 email accounts followed by commas. One person never gets the email! She is in the middle of the list with correct spelling. I check her account log and it doesn’t even show it being forwarded in to her mailbox. I can send an email from an outside email and there are no rejections. All of us get it except her. I use the friends system. I added the sales email address to her friends list anyway just to be sure but nothing has been able to fix it. Turned off friend system for her account and the sales account.. still no luck. Any ideas what it could be?
