That should never really happen. That error means there is a global or domain or user setting to reject spam based on score. Which is a bad bad thing. And should be avoided like the plague. However this is only a problem in the earlier version 5 builds. So the short answer is remove any such settings or increase them to 10 or higher, and upgrade to the latest surgemail release (or beta) which is tuned to not give false positives at 10 or above, and apply the config checker. (Which should make any such setting almost impossible as it tries to correct such zealous settings) If that doesn't sort it out please get back to us with your surgemail.ini ChrisP.
