Being able to suspend, un-suspend accounts from tellmail was something I recently suggested also.  Glad to see others feel the same.  Hopefully if enough people request this feature, Chris might consider adding it. I know this is a very handy feature to automating the suspending of accounts. So I agree with the previous posters on this one.
