After looking through your replies, I'm going for 64bit Windows 2008R2 Server.
Running virtual.
Currently we are running Windows 2003R2 32 Bit

I take it that the way to go is do a fresh install on the 2008R2 server.
Copy the Mailbox folder over and Files from the Surgemail folder.

Is there a set procedure????
