Just to back Chuck up on this, we see this constantly on a 2003 machine as well. We have to click through the last 10 or so crashes whenever we login via RDP to the server. Never seem to hear complaints from anyone though which is odd. I mentioned this a few times to Netwin and it seems a little hard to track down because we don’t know how to trigger it in order to get more detailed information.

Subject: [SurgeMail List] Webmail crash issue
Hey all,
We have been experiencing issues for some time now on our Surge system.
We are running the latest release on windows 2003 and keep getting lock issues with webmail. We also see crash reports every time we rdp into these servers for webmail.exe. The location is the same every time.
Here is the error:
Faulting application webmail.exe, version 0.0..0.0, faulting module webmail.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x000762c5.
Reporting queued error: faulting application webmail.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module webmail.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x000762c5.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thank you
Chuck
