Hmmm... It appears that I need to add enotify (or all [which BTW is it 'ALL' like the drop down, or 'all' like the field population?]) to the 'Admin access settings' in the 'Account details' screen. I've now done that for the account in question and I see enotify in the field. Note: When you click on the link 'Admin access settings' for help <http://netwinsite.com/surgemail/help/userpersonal.htm#admin_access> it dumps you to the page 'Authentication Fields', clearly not where I should go. However, I am blind. I can't find this "email notification" page anywhere in surgemail or surgeweb when logged into the account. In surgeweb, it's not under the drop down for 'More Actions' nor is it anywhere to be found in the 'options (which needs to be capitalized) -> Preferences' screens. More info please.
