OK have discovered the problem. Yes IE9 is pickier about the headers it will accept Flash files for running "under certain circumstances" and the flash uploader is one of those. Problem has been resolved, but I cannot provide a specials build as we are in the middle of some other changes that are not yet production stable. For now you can use IE's compatibility mode feature and the uploader should work. Early this coming week I expect we will be supplying new builds again and this will be fully resolved.
