Alright I have tried to follow this and I'm still having problems. So here is what I did: I created a group called "highvolume" I assigned that group to each user that sends out newsletters. I then set g_user_send_max for the group highvolume to 3000 messages. ini = g_user_send_max group="highvolume" max="3000" I removed the users from g_user_send_white. I set user_send_max to 500 which using your guidance is a number that nobody should exceed in one day. ini = user_send_max "500" I also have g_user_send_warning set to 450. That way I get an email if someone exceeds 450. ini = g_user_send_warning "450" I've used the command "tellmail reload" to reload the ini. The user in question receives the following error in the log: user_send_max: HIDDEN@omain.com) 500 > 500, 550 User send limit reached, user setting or g_user_send_ip smtp:[10.112.36.72] Out: 550 User send limit, g_user_send_ip HIDDEN@omain.com) 500/500 10.112.36.72 I've checked and g_user_send_ip is NOT even defined in the ini file. Any ideas?
