I have a customer who has an operations email account that 3 people retrieveand leave a copy on the server for 3 days. But only specific messages arebeing delivered and some are not. But the mail exists on the server inwebmail. One person can check for the message over and over and it will notget delivered to his PC. They do a high volume of traffic in email so spam filtering, and friendslist is off for this domain. They are contacting hundreds of new peopleeach week and vice versa so it makes it easier for them. All 3 use Outlook. Some use AVG and another uses nothing right now. Iassumed it was a PC problem. But the random delivery of these messagesseems to be happening on multiple accounts on this domain. I can't find the message or any junk mail settings that would prevent thismessage from coming in. No error message, nor anything in the logs thatpoints to any sort of error. It is like the pop3 is out of sync and it is just skipping messages. Reason why they are doing this (I guess I don't know I'm not their IT) isbecause all three have their operations email and personal email. When anemail comes in for operations and they reply it'll look like it's fromoperations. Any ideas?
