As it stands, there is no way of adding a logo as an embedded multipart related image. The ability to do this is on my todo list, but sadly has been there for a fairly long time and so far never seems to make it to the top of the list yet. Vote added to up its priority again. One thing you should be able to do already though, is to have the image hosted on your webserver. Then edit your signature in html and add an image tag pointing at the webserver. I have not actually tried it myself yet but will when I get a spare moment (probably not today). Let us know how that goes.
