Hmm, that sounds a little odd. Comments as follows... - There have been changes and fixes to the multipart related content handling over time, so which version of surgemail are you running? It is possible you may be running a version broken in some way. - The two messages that display differently for the two users are they actually the same message from the same source or is one for example a forwarded message of the other in which case that would probably explain the difference. Ah in terms of the just the "html" link being missing then the message only had a plain text part. It sounds like they are definitely not the same message, probably the plain text version was forwarded using surgeweb possibly set to sent in "plain text" rather than "html". You can grab the messages as raw message files using the surgeweb save to file option or view raw and compare the source that way.
