Hi

the 7080 is the TCP port surgemail is listening on. Provided you have 
no other webserver on port 80 you can change g_webmail_port to port 80 
(and restart surgemail) and you can use the url without explicit 
":7080"

As the the surgeweb part. You can add a surgemail.ini setting along 
these lines to deal with that:
      g_url_alias from="/" to="/surgeweb" ports="80"
