Once in SurgeWeb, you have no manager functions available.

It's been a while since I setup it.  But the default web portal brings 
you to a menu where you can select 'User Self Management', 'Domain 
Management' or webmail/Surgeweb.

Selecting Domain Management will take you to a login screen and after 
logging in you will be at the management menus.

Or use this URL:

https://<sitename>:7443/cgi/domadmin.cgi

If you are using a self-signed ssl cert, you will get warnings about it.
