It's a two step process, initially minor things are done (like the ip 
address) and it's moved into the training folder.

Then when the training rules are rebuilt at night that message is used 
to help construct the content and rule weightings.

I"m not sure what you are referring to in the logging/points, if you 
want to give me an example of that I'll check in more detail.
