get an old pc/server out of the closet and set up linux, postfix, and
mailman. Then sell them a dedicated server with a list manager on it.
Doesn't take a lot to run that in terms of cpu or ram 2ghz cpu 2gb ram
and a hd like > 36g. All of the redhat and redhat clone distros
including fedora,rhel,centos,etc have those things in the repos.
